I spent many years leading businesses and teams. That experience still shapes how I work with leaders today: understand the organisation, listen properly and stay focused on what will make a practical difference.
The aim is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you work out what needs to change.
Leadership can be rewarding. It can also be demanding, lonely and full of competing expectations. The decisions are rarely as tidy as they appear from the outside.
I create the space for leaders and teams to step back, be honest about what is happening and consider the choices available. I listen carefully, ask direct questions and challenge when it will help.
The work leads to clearer priorities, deliberate choices, agreed actions and responsibility for following through.
My style
I listen carefully, ask questions and say what I think.
I do not arrive with a ready-made answer or try to fit every situation into the same model. I want to understand what is happening, hear the different perspectives and help people have the conversation that is needed.
I value honesty, personal responsibility and doing what you said you would do. I am warm and respectful, but I will not avoid a difficult question when it matters.

Before establishing Here2There Coaching in 2022, I spent more than 30 years in banking and commercial leadership. This included senior corporate banking roles with responsibility for leading geographically dispersed teams.
I also worked as an Executive Coach and Performance Consultant, coaching senior executives, managers and leadership teams as part of an award-winning coaching team. Since 2022, I have worked with leaders and teams across public, private and not-for-profit organisations.
My qualifications include a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, a Professional Diploma in Mediation, a Training and Development Special Purpose Award and a Professional Certificate in Management Practice.
