Why Me? 

• 30+ Years in Management: My career in the banking sector (AIB and Ulster Bank) was about managing multi-million euro portfolios and, more importantly, leading diverse teams through change and critical decision-making.

• I've learned from many successful leaders: As a full-time coach since 2015, I've worked with managers who have used different styles of leadership and communication, and I can share these learnings with you.

• Qualified & Regulated: I don't just coach on 'gut feeling.' I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a qualified Mediator. This means you get a professional, ethical, and research-backed approach to your business challenges.
